Changes and returns
To make any change or return, you have a period of 15 days from the date of purchase.
How to process a change or return?
To make any change or return, the first thing you should do is send us an email to: info@alicevalencia.com and specify:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Item Reference (you will find this in your order summary)
- You must specify whether it is a change or a return
Once we receive it, we will send you the steps to follow to process the return of the product to our facilities.
When we receive the product and it is in correct condition, we will proceed to process the refund depending on whether it is a change or a return:
CHANGE
In the case that you wish to make a change, we will send you an email with a discount code for the same amount as the returned item. To use it, you must place a normal order and when you process it, enter the code in the "COUPONS %" field, and that amount will be automatically discounted.
- If you place an order with an amount higher than the credit, you must pay the difference with the same purchase process.
- If you place an order with an amount lower than the coupon, a new one will be generated for you to use next time.
If it is a change due to a defect, all collection and shipping transport costs will be covered by the company. If it is a normal change, the collection costs are covered by the company and the delivery costs by the customers.
RETURN
In the case of a return, the product refund will go directly to the account from which the payment was made. This can take 1 week.
If it is a return due to a defect, all collection costs will be covered by the company; otherwise, they will be covered by the buyer.
Aspects to consider:
- It must arrive in its original packaging and undamaged.
- If any product purchased on promotion is returned, the refund will be for the same amount to the buyer.
IMPORTANT! If the product shows signs of having been used or damaged by use, any change or return will not be accepted.
