All shipments are made with insured merchandise. Please check the table above to know from which price the shipping is covered by the company, and take into account that shipping costs will be charged to the buyer if the minimum amount is not reached.

Deliveries will be between 24 and 72 hours, this may vary taking into account the time of order entry, weekends or holidays as there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

In case of closure due to holidays, customers will be notified in advance and after returning, orders will follow their entry course, so they may be delayed more than established.

During Christmas campaign seasons, sales, Black Friday or Easter, shipments may be delayed due to the large volume of work that the transport company has on these dates. Therefore, and since this is something that is not in our hands, we recommend placing orders in advance on these occasions.

The economic expenses will be borne by the customers and the company will not be responsible if:

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery address and data
• When the transport agency cannot contact the customer after several attempts.
